Responsible For
-
- Planning, managing, and executing production operations.
- Determine resource requirements and work allocation for production operation.
- Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule as per the Production manager instructions.
- Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
- Create & publish Operational MIS for management & other stakeholders as per the agreed KPIs.
- Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
- Supervising and managing the KRAs of the Supervisors and generate regular performance report for the management.
- Monitor routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning.
- Monitor & maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
- Ensure that all equipment, materials, and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
- Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner.
- Assist in interviewing and hiring new employees.
- Ensure safety measures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.

- Knowledge
- Knows proven techniques for Production Planning, Production Management and Inventory Management.
- MBA in Operations or Equivalent Degree related to operations.
- Postgraduate/ B.E from a reputed college.
- Six sigma Black belt/TQM/ ASQ-Lean management.
- Experience
- Min. 5 years of Experience.
- Demonstrated operation setup, capacity building, and vendor management.
